21st Avenue Bicycles – Making My Life Awesomer

16 Feb

Staying true to their motto of “Making it Awesome”, 21st Ave hooked me up with a new Fargo.

I’m a bit embarrassed to admit that I’ve gotten two new bikes in the last month, but considering that brings my total bike count to three, I don’t feel too bad about it.  And it gives me a perfect excuse to thank Amanda, Kyle and the gang over at 21st for being so awesome to the VeloDirt crew.

This was purchased for two specific reasons – a super duper ultra secret project that will  get done this summer or fall and Tour Divide 2012.  You heard it here first.  In the meantime, I’m going to get it set up with a frame bag from Revelate and do some bikepacking in the coast range this spring.

Why didn’t you say anything about ripping it up on some singletrack in the meantime? I think you forgot that part.

I’m a huge fan of my recently acquired Fargo. Built up a 2010 frame in the Fall and got some late season rides on it. Really fun bike. Looking forward to Spring here in the Northeast so I can do some bike camping.

It is rad to hear you are planning for the 2012 TD. You, Suzanne and myself would make a three person strong PDX contingent, can you say “w00t!”?
